The calculator creates illustrative scenarios from information and assumptions entered by the user. Results are not actuarial, clinical, legal, accounting, insurance, or financial advice. They are not a quote, guarantee, forecast, or representation of savings, claim reduction, recordability, or return on investment. Actual results vary. A program-specific review and written proposal are required.

Anonymized case pathways are provided to illustrate how care disposition and follow-through can differ. They do not promise that another injury or employer program will follow the same course or produce the same result.
