At the moment of needProvider-led worksite injury response
Hue puts a licensed medical provider alongside your team at the moment of injury—guiding the right next step and staying with the employee through return to work.
When someone gets hurt on a second shift, the first decision often lands on the least clinically equipped person in the room. Send them to the ER? Wait until morning? Try first aid? That uncertainty can mean unnecessary escalation—or a serious condition being underestimated.
FROM INCIDENT TO RESOLUTION
A supervisor or trained responder contacts Hue when an injury, exposure, or acute illness occurs.
At the moment of needA licensed provider evaluates the employee by phone or video and determines the appropriate level of care.
Clinical judgment—not a checklistHue directs the employee to first aid, virtual care, an onsite clinic, urgent care, or the ER—based on clinical need.
The right care settingHue coordinates follow-up, restrictions, next steps, and work-status communication through return to work.
No handoff into a voidCall 911 first. Hue joins the episode after stabilization to coordinate the care path and follow-through.
A BETTER FIRST DECISION
Hue gives the employee what the moment actually calls for—without defaulting every uncertain situation to an emergency department.
WHY HUE
Traditional triage helps decide where an employee goes next. Hue is designed to help manage what happens next.
Direct clinical judgment at the point of need, with video when seeing the injury matters.
Hue can coordinate alongside your onsite clinic, preferred providers, broker, TPA, and existing claim process.
Safety, HR, operations, and the care team get a clearer shared view of what happened and what comes next.
The episode remains owned through follow-up care, restrictions, and resolution—not just the first call.
BUILT FOR THE FLOOR, NOT THE FILE CABINET
Support for the nights, weekends, and production hours when traditional care access is hardest.
Visual assessment when it can improve the provider’s understanding of an injury or exposure.
An optional trained responder network can give each shift a confident, prepared point person.
Structured case review helps employers strengthen response workflows over time.
WHO IT’S FOR
Hue is being built for employers where a faster, more consistent injury response can protect people and keep operations from drifting into avoidable disruption.
THE STRONGEST FIT
CLEAR BOUNDARIES
No. For an obvious emergency, call 911 first. Hue supports coordination and follow-through after the immediate emergency response is underway.
No. Hue supports clinical response and continuity of care. If an incident becomes a claim, your existing carrier, TPA, broker, and employer processes remain in place.
No. Hue can extend and connect existing onsite resources—or provide a clinical response layer where no clinic exists.
Not necessarily. Hue can work directly with supervisors and employees. A trained responder program is an optional way to deepen coverage across larger or multi-shift operations.
